Dr. Timothy Steflik
Dr. Timothy Steflik was raised in Nevada, but always had a desire to return to the Flagler and Volusia County area where his family roots go back several generations.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University after which he immediately enrolled in the prestigious Palmer Chiropractic College Florida. While earning his doctorate, he actively worked with as many chiropractors as he could to gain valuable experience. He is well equipped with knowledge of the latest technology and techniques in the field. He continues to attend seminars across the country to help his patients with a specialized focus on treating whiplash and trauma from car accidents. This includes patients with concussions, mild traumatic brain injuries, and disc herniations. He has also been trained in the use of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Physical Impairment.
Dr. Steflik and his wife are happily married (18 years) and have 5 children (ages 15, 13, 11, 8, 5) they are raising in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The whole family enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle by participating in races, surfing, soccer, gymnastics, hiking, and traveling

Dr. Michael DiBella
Dr. Michael DiBella graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida and is a licensed Chiropractor in Florida.
Dr. DiBella was born and raised in Port Orange, Florida. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida. Soon after graduating college, he attended graduate school at the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where he achieved distinction as a Doctor of Chiropractic. From that point on, Dr. DiBella has been focused on how chiropractic can change the livelihood of the people around him in a positive way.
When Dr. DiBella is not in the office he enjoys weight-lifting, playing basketball, eating, and spending time with family.

Dr. Evan Frobose
Dr. Evan Frobose was raised in the mountains of Pennsylvania and attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in the field of Exercise Science. After graduating college, he moved to Florida where he would enroll in Palmer College of Chiropractic and continue his passion for helping those around him. Dr. Frobose believes that everyone can obtain optimal lifestyle and functionality, and that an honest relationship between doctor and patient is vital when it comes to the promotion of healthy living. In his free time, Dr. Frobose enjoys staying active, whether that be long boarding, playing softball/baseball, cooking, or spending time with his family and two dogs, Bo and Rosie.

Dr. Jenna Fairchild
Dr. Jenna Fairchild is originally from Ohio and moved to Florida in high school, where she quickly fell in love with the ocean, sunshine, and an active outdoor lifestyle. She believes that engaging with the outdoors is an important part of living a healthy, balanced life.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Fairchild studied locally at Daytona State College, where she conducted marine biology research and was awarded the Institute of Marine and Environmental Sciences Scholarship for her work.
She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, where she was honored with the Virgil V. Strang Philosophy Award and the World Congress of Women Chiropractors Scholarship.
Passionate about helping people heal naturally, Dr. Fairchild enjoys guiding patients toward better health so they can return to the activities they love most. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking, surfing, shell-hunting, bike riding, and staying active in the Edgewater and New Smyrna Beach community.

Dr. Alexa Caron
Dr. Alexa Caron was raised in the New England State, Connecticut, also known as the pizza capital of the United States. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Central Connecticut State University. Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Caron relocated to Florida to further her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she pursued a career in holistic medicine.
Dr. Caron is a firm believer in the philosophy that “Movement is life.” She emphasizes the critical role of chiropractic care and exercise in maintaining a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
In her leisure time, Dr. Caron enjoys weightlifting, traveling, playing pickleball, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and pets.

Dr. Kaitlyn Ellis
Dr. Kaitlyn Ellis earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida and her undergraduate degree in Agricultural Communications from the University of Wyoming. Coming from a family of chiropractors, she believes in the body’s natural ability to heal when the nervous system functions optimally. Passionate about family wellness and caring for patients of all ages, Dr. Ellis brings both personal experience and professional dedication to her work. Originally from Kiowa, Colorado, she now lives in Bunnell, FL with her husband and pets, and enjoys horseback riding, fitness, and outdoor activities. She’s excited to serve the Palm Coast community as part of the Coastal Integrative Healthcare team.

Dr. Hommy Bayron-Rivera DC, CPT
When you meet Dr. Hommy Bayron-Rivera, DC, CPT, you’re connecting with someone whose journey is rooted in passion, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others live healthier lives.
He was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where he developed a strong sense of community and culture. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Bayron-Rivera values meaningful communication with his patients and is even exploring additional languages like Italian and French.
His academic foundation is both diverse and specialized. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez Campus. He later went on to achieve his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic – Florida Campus, equipping him with advanced skills to support patient recovery, mobility, and overall wellness.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Bayron-Rivera proudly serves in the U.S. Army Reserve. This experience has strengthened his dedication to serving others, both fellow service members and civilians, by helping them improve their health, performance, and quality of life.
His mission is simple: to help you move better, recover faster, and live pain-free through personalized chiropractic care. Looking ahead, he plans to further expand his expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Neurology and earning a diplomate in Chiropractic Sports Medicine.
A fun and inspiring fact: Dr. Bayron-Rivera didn’t always excel in subjects like physical education, biomechanics, and anatomy. In fact, those were once his biggest challenges. Today, they’ve become his greatest strengths, leading him to become a certified physical education teacher and a passionate advocate for movement and health.

Dr. Michele Petrilli, D.C., cAVCA
Dr. Petrilli is a chiropractor based in Jacksonville, FL providing chiropractic care services to the members of the Jacksonville community. Dr. Petrilli graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Port Orange, FL in 2022 in which he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. He also earned his Bachelor’s of Biology degree from the University of North Florida with a concentration of Biomedical Sciences in 2018. Dr. Petrilli has now set his goals on helping patients improve their overall spinal biomechanics and physiological functions.
Dr. Petrilli is efficient in multiple hands-on chiropractic techniques such as activator, gonstead, diversified, thompson drop, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and physiotherapy. He has experience treating patients involved in auto accidents, slip & falls, and work related injuries. Dr. Petrilli specializes in low back pain, neck pain, upper/lower extremity pain, generalized musculoskeletal pain, and sciatic nerve pain. He has completed Part I-IV and Physiotherapy examinations presented by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in Florida and is currently licensed and Board Certified in the state of Florida.
