Is it Time for School Already?
It’s only July, but because school starts early August it’s already time to be thinking about back to school! Summer is flying by too fast! Every year in our communities of Edgewater and Palm Coast there are families that can use a little extra help when it comes to school supplies. Join us in our annual school supply drive as we partner with the city to make sure every child has the supplies they need to succeed in school.
How can I help?
If you would like to help, please join us by bringing in any new school supplies such as notebooks, pencils, backpacks, and crayons. And guess what, for helping out the community, we are going to reward you with raffle tickets to enter to win a couple of different prizes! We are raffling off an awesome children’s bike in Edgewater along with a one hour massage. Palm Coast also has there own great prizes. Come in and donate to help and join forces with the community!
Cool to be in School
We hope to see you in the office as you drop off your items. They will be directly donated to local children and families. There’s nothing more heartwarming than to see children excited for school with their new supplies in hand and the relief on parent’s faces when they don’t have to worry about the added expenses. The city of Edgewater has a large back to school event hosted at the YMCA on Saturday August 3rd where all school supplies will be distributed and it will be a fun day overall!
