Bahamas Hurricane Dorian Relief Project

We dodged a missile from Hurricane Dorian recently, but not everyone was so fortunate. In an effort to help out our island neighbors, we are collecting supplies for the Bahamas. And for your efforts you will be rewarded with a chance to win a massage or $50 gift card.

We are asking for your support in collecting Donations to for the Bahamas for Hurricane Dorian Relief efforts. We have partnered with Boaters Exchange in New Smyrna Beach to get supplies flown directly to the Bahamas!

Donation Items needed: non perishable food, water, diapers, formula, towels, sheets, blankets, tents, air mattresses with battery pumps, hygiene products, nails and hammers, camp cots, plastic utensils and paper plates, small generators, camp stoves and propane canisters, small charcoal grills, LED flashlights and lanterns batteries, bug spray, water purifiers, pet food, and first aid kits.

For all the supplies you bring in you will get raffle tickets and a more chances to win the raffle while helping those in need.

If you have never been seen in the office before as a patient we are also offering a special offer. If you bring in hurricane supplies for the Bahamas, we will give you the exam and x rays (if necessary) for FREE!
